Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of Bray Town Council to consider making a declaration that the roads described hereunder be made public and to consider taking in charge the roads and services in the estates listed hereunder.
Litter Enforcement
In accordance with the Litter Pollution Act 1997 no person shall deposit any substance or object so as to create litter in a public place or in any place that is visible to any extent from a public place.
The majority number of fines issued under the Litter Pollution Act 1997 are paid to Bray Town Council. However, those that remain unpaid after 21 days of being issued may be referred to our Solicitors for to issue summons and proceed to court.
Bray Town Council have to produce evidence in court or if members of the public have observed littering/dumping they may need to give evidence if it proceeds to court.
